Since its beginnings, it has been important for ÓPLA to promote its work and to spread the project throughout the territory, seeking to establish direct contact between art and the world of childhood and youth. This is how 1,2,3…ÓPLA was born: a series of workshops, meetings and performances that every year brings to Merano different artists. For three days they work with school classes of all grades in a sort of open lesson, during which they plan together the object of the work that will be realized. During the course of the event, there is also a theatrical performance for children related to the world of art and a seminar for teachers. Among the many artists hosted over the years we can mention Eugenio Carmi, Nathalie Du Pasquier, Steven Guarnaccia, Pablo Echaurren, Paul Cox, Katsumi Komagata, Enrica Borghi, Fausto Gilberti, Marco Pellizzola, Giulio Iacchetti, Su Blackwell and many others.
